October 28, Andrea Roggi, Meet & Greet

Following last year’s success, we look forward to welcoming Andrea Roggi back. We’d like to invite you to a special event on Wednesday, October 28, where you can meet the artist in person, admire his work up close, and let it inspire you.

Andrea Roggi (1962)
lives and works in Tuscany, among the ancient olive groves. These groves serve as the source of inspiration for his graceful olive trees, primarily cast in bronze. Each of his sculptures is a one-of-a-kind piece and enjoys international renown, from Paris and London to Japan. In his symbolic trees of life, man and woman merge into a trunk that branches out into refined foliage. The seed symbolizes fertility and new life; the sawed-off branches represent indelible memories of the past. In this way, his sculptures speak to the connection between heaven and earth and the new life that springs from the old.
